This pervert continues to abuse women and children even after pleading guilty to molesting his own children. Why, you may ask, if he plead guilty is he a free man? This is an excellent question easily answered. Brad Prigmore abused his own children, and to put him behind bars for good would have required his children to testify in court, retraumatizing them. It is up to us as a community in Witchita Falls to reject this felon.
